It came so suddenly and without warning throughout the dead of the night: A sudden pulse throughout the city, followed by another and another. By the time people knew what was happening, a large earthquake shook the city, causing buildings to tumble, grounds to crack and shift and, worse of all, the city borders to collapse. Many lives were lost, others injured and lives completely changed forever.
The power plant in Regnum is still down, but some groups have gotten together with electric Pokemon to help restore some of the electricity to the city. It is suggested not to walk the streets alone as the crime rates have sky rocketed despite the efforts of the Enforcement Wing. Phones and internet is still down, but people have started finding other ways to communicate for the time being. In good news, the weather has begun to warm up, the snow and ice finally melting. Sadly, the barrier is still blocking people from leaving the city.

The Northern District- Rich and Moderately Rich
The Northern District is filled will the rich, with apartments ranging in the million plus dollars and the homes reaching all the way up to the billions. Everything in the north is well taken care of and patrolled. They even have their own parks, shops, and diners so that rich never need to mingle with the poor.
The Eastern District- Middle and Poor
The Eastern District is where the majority of the population lives and is primarily a residential area with many small parks, and shops.
The upper half of the Eastern District homes mostly middle-class people and offers a variety of homes, apartments, and townhouses. Most of the houses here are very cookie cutter homes, and there isn't much room between neighbors but its still a quaint, average run of the mill place to live.
The lower half of the Eastern District, however, is one of the oldest sections of the city and is now home to the poorest people of the city. The buildings are all old and most are falling apart. The streets in this area are filled with the homeless, gangs, and thugs.
The Southern District- Rich, Middle and Poor
Most of the land here is taken up by farmers who tend to be somewhat wealthy or middle-class citizens. There are some nice homes and apartments in the upper half of the South along with a few old, run down buildings that have been taken by the poor citizens. There are also a few industrial buildings located here as well.
The Western District- Rich, Middle and Poor
This district is mostly filled will businesses, shops, and industrial buildings. However, a few of the rich have built million dollar homes on top of the businesses, while the middle class has managed to make attachment homes to their shops. The area does supply some apartment buildings as well. Meanwhile the poor have been able to find a few abandoned or very run down buildings to rent or squat in.
